In June 2010 the summer camp (the Crimea, Mezhvodnoe). Every day, hold two training. was running, strength exercises in the morning. Evening training was held on improving the technique of judo, working in pairs.
On the beach were active games, swimming. Visited the estuary with therapeutic mud. There were daily concerts.
SUMMER CAMP 2009
In June 2009, passed our Summer Judo Camp (in Crimea, Mezhvodnoe,
Sovetskaya str. 3).
Camp program:
Morning training: general physical training (running, pulling, lifting,
rope, exercises for the press, push-ups from the floor). Control of
quantitative indicators, a gradual increase of training load.
Evening training: studying of classical judo and techniques workout,
choreography, acrobatics.
Exclusive Master-class by coach of the highest category in judo -
Chesebiev B.M..
Leisure activities, visiting the sea, games, amateur concerts.
